Adding a "Censor Layer" to Fox TV

Another cost of the Indecency Crusade.  At Fox TV, a new layer of bureaucracy is being added to the creative process.  Reports Daily Variety:  With the battle over indecency still raging on Capitol Hill, Fox Broadcasting is beefing up its standards and practices department with the recruitment of a new top censor.

Move adds another layer to Fox's content review process.

This new bureaucratic review laywer will undoubtedly result in even more self-censorship -- otherwise, what's the point?
